Is there a free tier of publishing.ai?

Yes there is! Our Lite tier offers you access to our core features at no cost. If you wish to create a manuscript, you will need a manuscript credit to use this feature which you can purchase a-la-carte.

Can I get access to the software without being an AIA Student?

Publishing.ai is exclusive to members of the AIA and PA community. We are excited to offer you software along with your education experience.

Are there specific computer requirements to use Publishing.ai?

Our software is best used on a computer device such as a laptop or desktop. Some tablets in larger formats on your internet browser are acceptable as well. It’s important for you to use a large screen where you can properly see text for your best experience. We currently do not support mobile devices.

Can I purchase extra manuscript credits?

Yes. Additional manuscript credits are available for purchase starting at $995/credit for Lite Plan users. Pro and Platinum users already have manuscripts included; with further discounts in case you wish to purchase even more.

Do manuscript credits expire?

Paid or a-la-carte credits do not expire. Credits included within your plan are valid for use until your next renewal period. If you downgrade, your credits associated with the higher tier will not rollover.

What plan is most suitable for me if I’m just starting?

Our Pro plan is the most popular with unlimited generations and 2 manuscript credits included, but you can decide what is most suitable to you based on your budget and personal preferences for productivity.

If I choose one plan today, can I change to another plan later?

Absolutely. Our plans renew every 6 months. If you are on the lite tier, you can upgrade at any time (and just pay the difference). If you are on a platinum or pro plan, you can downgrade at any time and the benefits of your existing plan will remain active until your subscription period ends.

How long does it take to make a book?

The software can write the rough draft of your book for you in as little as 24 hours! However, it will take more time than that to proofread, edit and finalize your book.

How can I get support when using or signing in to the software?

You will be granted access to Publishing.ai shortly after joining AIA. An email will be sent to you to assist you with instructions on how to login for the first time. Once logged in, we have guided tutorials to help you get acquainted with the software.

How do I upgrade my current plan?

Click on your plan type next to your profile settings in the top right corner of your publishing.ai account. You will see the different plans displayed. If you are having trouble, please reach out to support@publishing.com.

Will my current subscription or free trial be affected?

If you upgrade: You will be immediately placed on the new plan allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of the upgrade immediately.

If you downgrade: Your current subscription will remain for the duration of your subscription period of 6 months from the time your subscription period started. You will be placed on the chosen lower plan on the renewal period.

Why do the new paid plans cost more than the earlier beta plan?

Now that Publishing.ai has graduated from beta, it allows you to accomplish so much more and at much higher quality. Compared to hiring ghostwriters, these plans save you hundreds of dollars per manuscript.

While giving you unlimited use of all core features, and priority access to every new feature the moment they roll out. All paid plans include manuscript credits now, and you can save between 20-50% on credits with these plans, as opposed to purchasing individual a-la-carte credits.
