When you purchase a Lite, Lite+, or Pro Plan, you may have a set amount of credits to generate manuscripts of 30,000 words and other outputs. We want you to be satisfied with your experience, so we offer eligible users a Happiness Guarantee.Eligibility & Limitations

• The Lite, Lite+, and Pro Plans qualify for our Happiness Guarantee—if you are unsatisfied, contact support@publishing.com, and we will work with you to resolve your concerns.
• The Platinum Plan does not qualify for the Happiness Guarantee due to its unlimited access model.
• Short form book credits are not eligible for the Happiness Guarantee.

Publishing.com reserves the right to deny the Happiness Guarantee to any user who:

• Excessively or repeatedly requests refunds, adjustments, or compensatory credits.
• Fails to follow the course material, training, or best practices provided.
• Attempts to misuse the guarantee to bypass fair usage policies.
• Abuse of the Happiness Guarantee may result in account suspension or termination at Publishing.com’s sole discretion.

However, this guarantee is intended for genuine dissatisfaction—not as a way to repeatedly request refunds without following our educational content.
